This policy covers paid Lecturase plans (Pro and Semester Pass). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who act as the merchant of record for these purchases.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
If you're not satisfied with Lecturase, contact us at hello@lecturase.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll review your request for a full refund. Refunds for renewal charges are evaluated case by case — we aim to be fair, especially if you forgot to cancel before a renewal and have made little or no use of the plan during that period.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
